Why so much quinoa?!
As a late preamble to my most recent posts..
I recently purchased a new cookbook that demonstrates how you can incorporate the “superfood” quinoa into a variety of meals (breakfast, soups, salads, desserts etc). Why quinoa? Other than being good for you, I find it absolutely delicious and filling.
